The picture depicts advancement at Laguna Beach in a period of 40 years from 1950-1990. Advancement is measured in three years. The development changes are depicted in three different years 1950,1970,1990.

It is crystal clear from the picture that in the year 1950 beach huts were constructed in the middle portion. Woodland was observed on the Eastern part followed by a track which adjoined the beach hut on the Western sides sand dunes were observed. With advancement in the year 1970, beach huts were replaced by the well constructed villas. The woodland area was converted to Caravan area. Track was also transformed into a proper road . No change was observed in sand dunes. With the revolution in the year 1990, a beautiful hotel was constructed in place of villas. The place of Caravan Park was taken by car parking slot. Along the road side a pool was constructed. The place of sand dunes was occupied by landscaped gardens. Right opposite to the hotel a surf school was constructed. Wide development was observed from the year 1950-1990.
