Some days, I walk into class thinking, “I could’ve explained that better yesterday.”
Other days, I see my students smile, take notes, and tell me, “Ma’am, now I finally get it.”
That’s when it hits me — you don’t have to be perfect to make a difference.

We often hold ourselves back because we think inspiration comes from flawless people — the ones who always have the right words, the right answers, the perfect plans. But the truth is, most people are not inspired by perfection; they’re inspired by honesty.

They’re moved by the teacher who admits she’s learning too.
By the friend who listens, even when they don’t have advice.
By the leader who shows up, even when they’re scared.

Perfection creates distance. Authenticity builds connection.

So the next time you doubt yourself, remember — someone is watching how you carry yourself through your imperfect moments. And that might be the exact thing that gives them courage to keep going.
